Controversial filmmaker Michael Moore has taken aim at the US healthcare system in a new documentary. In the film, entitled 'Sicko', Moore takes a number of rescue workers injured
The documentary follows their treatment and unfavourably compares the US healthcare system to the socialized system in Cuba. The communist nation exports cancer treatment to 40 nations and has made great strides in biotechnology.
Some of those
asked to come on the trip have claimed they have been used. "He's using
people that are in a bad situation and that's wrong, that's morally
wrong," said Jeff Endean, who has health problems resulting from time
spent at ground zero.
